Six Steps Reframing

1. Select a Behaviour or Response you would like to change.
          The behaviour should be like “ I want to do it but something seems to stopping me”.
  
2. Establish a Communication with the part or subconscious that running the Behaviour.
          Ask the subconscious that running the behaviour to give you a signal (You can achieve this by using the Pendulum Dowsing method with simple Yes or No signal).

3. Reveal the Positive Intentions.
          Ask the part to signal that there is a positive intention of the behaviour. 
          Note: There is no need for the conscious mind to know the intention. Just get a signal that there is a positive intention in your subconscious mind.


4. Generate Alternative Behaviour
          Ask the part or subconscious to generate three alternative behaviours that fit the positive intention and ask the subconscious to signal you when it found the new behaviours.

5. Check the Ecology.
         Have the subconscious to check it has got the Ecology.

6. Subconscious to take the Responsibility.
         Ask the subconscious to take the responsibility for putting the new behaviours into effect.
